About 9 acres in the northwestern corner forms a wetland area for more diverse wildlife habitat.  The "Kansas City Southern Railway" line runs along the northeastern boundary of the property.   According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the soils consist of an assortment of silt-loam soils, which give the tract a weighted average site index of 86.5 feet for Loblolly Pine (base age 50).  If you are looking for some rural undeveloped timberland property ready to hunt in southwestern Arkansas, call United Country - Neeley Forestry Service today at (870) 836-5981!
