About 68 acres are well-drained and gently slope downwards towards the north and west where the terrain becomes flatter. About 9 acres in the northwestern corner forms a wetland area for more diverse wildlife habitat. The "Kansas City Southern Railway" line runs along the northeastern boundary of the property.
