The Ebenezer Church Tract (#03019-03623) is a ±123 acre tract of timberland located in northern Union County, about nine miles northeast of El Dorado, AR (North 33.273344°, West 92.527924°). The majority of the tract was planted with loblolly pine in 2014; only about 27 acres remain as hardwood bottomland. The topography of the tract is generally upland and well-drained; a thin intermittent creek drain runs through the property. Access is available with a gated dirt woodsroad running about 300 yards northeast from Union RD #33 aka "Armer RD". According the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the property is based upon an assortment of fine sandy soils, which give the property an excellent weighted average site index rating for Loblolly Pine of 90 feet (base age 50).
